Time to reflect on how lucky this old man has been all his life. Not wealthy, pampered, well (but adequately) educated, and not without faults or mistakes. Have always appreciated my family, country, freedom, and lifetime experiences.
The purpose of my blog is to recall some of the most memorable experiences, both good and bad, which I have encountered through 60 plus years of knockin around the good old USA and many other countries. The subjects will be random and no attempt will be made towards chronological order. Many will be very amusing and some will reflect grievious circumstances. Hopefully, most of them will be good reading.
Last, but not least, the notable experiences in my life are never meant to offend, embarrass, or hurt anyone. Most of the time they'll be the truth, or the way I recall it.
